1979 - « Chargé de Mission » at FRENCH EMBASSY at Seoul – SOUTH KOREA.
1980 - Procurement Director for KS EQUIPEMENT – Paris ( Procurement agency to Korean Contractors having building projects in Middle-East ).
1980- Becomes PARTNER of PPP INTERNATIONAL , Emmanuel de GRANCEY creates and developes with its expertise a real export network overseas. Having a deap knowledge on French industry and manufacturing potentials in Europe : Emmanuel de GRANCEY has generated quite sustancial export sales into Middle-Eastern Markets ( Saudi-Arabia, Lebanon, Irak , Jordan) , as well as in Asia ( South Korea, Malaysia, China , Singapore ) and Southern America ( Brazil and Mexico ) where he maintains since years representative agencies.

Specialist into Civil works : Metallurgical , Mining , Petroleum pipelines & storage, water-treatment plants, potabilisation process , engineering into desalination plants. Mineral treatment by electrical furnaces, “strategic metals” consultant for French Ministry of Industry. Is cooperating as consultant to PPP INTERNATIONAL.
